Convert CSV Spreadsheets to Professional PDF Tables
CSV (Comma-Separated Values) files are the universal format for spreadsheet data, but they lack the visual polish needed for sharing, printing, or presenting. Our CSV to PDF converter transforms raw CSV data into professionally styled PDF tables with customizable page sizes, orientations, and table styles. Whether you need a clean report for a meeting or a print-ready data sheet, this tool delivers.
Simply upload your CSV file, paste data directly, or import from Google Sheets. Choose your preferred page layout and table styling, then generate a high-quality PDF in seconds. All processing happens entirely in your browser using PapaParse for CSV parsing, jsPDF for PDF generation, and AutoTable for professional table rendering. Your data never leaves your device.

Tips for Better CSV to PDF Conversion
Use Landscape for Wide Data
If your CSV has many columns, switch to landscape orientation. This gives you more horizontal space and prevents columns from being squeezed together in the PDF.
Reduce Font Size for Large Tables
For spreadsheets with many columns, try reducing the font size to 8 or 9pt. This fits more data per page while still keeping text readable in print.
Include Headers in Your CSV
Make sure the first row of your CSV contains column headers. The converter uses these as table header cells, which are styled differently and repeat on each page.
Choose the Right Style
Use Striped for long data tables (alternating colors improve readability), Bordered for formal reports, and Minimal for a clean, modern look.
Clean Your Data First
Remove empty rows and unnecessary columns before converting. Cleaner CSV data produces better-looking PDF tables with no blank cells or extra whitespace.
Preview Before Downloading
Always check the PDF preview before downloading. This lets you adjust page size, orientation, or font size if the layout does not look right on the first attempt.
