Our Mission

All-WebTools was created with a simple mission: to give developers, SEO professionals, writers, students and designers fast, reliable, free online tools that respect their privacy. Today the platform hosts 102+ tools across nine categories, and every one of them is free to use with no account, no trial period and no watermark on the output.

We believe the small utilities people reach for every day — converting a colour code, counting words in a draft, formatting a block of JSON, resizing a screenshot before an email — should be accessible to everyone. Too many of these tools sit behind a signup wall, bury the actual feature under adverts, cap you at three uses a day, or stamp a logo across whatever you produce. We built All-WebTools because none of that is necessary to run a useful tool.

There is no premium tier and no paywalled feature set. The version of a tool you use on your first visit is the complete version, and it stays that way.

How Your Data Is Handled

Privacy is the part of this site we take most seriously, so it is worth being precise rather than making a vague promise.

The majority of our tools are built entirely with JavaScript and standard browser APIs such as Canvas, the File API and the Web Crypto API. For those tools — image converters, the colour tools, the text counters, the code formatters, the calculators — the data never leaves your device at all. You could disconnect from the internet after the page has loaded and the tool would still work.

A smaller number of tools genuinely need a server to do their job, such as converting a document to PDF or extracting audio from a video file. Those run over an encrypted HTTPS connection, process your input, return the result, and discard the input immediately. We do not keep a copy, we do not inspect it, and we do not use it to train anything.

We use a privacy-respecting analytics setup to understand which tools people find useful and which pages are broken. That tells us a page was visited; it never tells us what you typed into a tool. You can review the full detail in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Who Uses All-WebTools

Developers use the formatters, minifiers and encoders as a faster alternative to installing a package for a one-off task — validating a JSON payload, decoding a JWT to check its claims, generating a batch of UUIDs, or testing a regular expression against real sample text before committing it.

SEO professionals and marketers use the meta tag and structured-data generators, the SERP preview to check how a title will truncate in results, and the robots.txt and sitemap builders when setting up a new site.

Writers, students and editors use the word and character counters for assignments with strict limits, the readability checker to keep prose at an appropriate grade level, the words-to-minutes estimator when preparing a talk, and the case converter and text cleaner to tidy up text pasted from a PDF or an email.

Designers use the colour converters, palette generator, contrast checker and colour wheel to move between HEX, RGB and HSL, build harmonious palettes, and confirm that a colour pairing meets WCAG accessibility thresholds before it ships.

Everyone else uses the calculators and converters — working out a tip, splitting a bill, checking a loan repayment, converting units, calculating an age or a date difference, or compressing a photo that is too large to attach.

How the Site Is Funded

All-WebTools is supported by unobtrusive advertising. That is the entire business model — we do not sell user data, we do not run an affiliate scheme behind the tool results, and we do not gate features behind a subscription. Advertising lets the tools stay genuinely free for people who would not or could not pay for them, which was the point of building the site.

We keep advert placements outside the working area of each tool, so an advert should never sit between you and the button you are trying to press. If you find a placement that gets in the way of actually using a tool, we would like to know about it.

We add and refine tools continuously, and most improvements come from people telling us what is missing or wrong. If a tool produces an unexpected result, fails on a particular file, or is missing an option you need, please report it — bug reports are genuinely useful and we read all of them.
